Our company utilizes the advanced specialized technical skills cultivated through steel production and new material development to produce calibration samples for equipment analysis. Generally, in factories that manufacture cast iron and various alloys, emission spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence analysis devices are widely used for component management. To use these devices, samples are required for creating calibration curves or for instrument calibration (standardization). Through years of experimentation and research, we have established a method for producing calibration samples with very little segregation within the samples and a uniform metal structure.
